All Sales Are Final - No Returns

Exchanges

In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we are here to assist you. While we do not offer returns, we understand that occasionally exchanges may be necessary. If you need to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate the Exchange:If you wish to exchange a damaged or defective product, please send an email to help@atmn.world within 7 days of receiving your order. In your email Just include your order number and our team will work on the exchange.
  2. Exchange Authorization:Our customer support team will review your email and provide you with an authorization for the exchange if deemed appropriate.
  3. Exchange Process:Once you have received authorization for the exchange, we will guide you through the exchange process. You may be required to send back the damaged or defective product (at our expense) before the exchange is processed.
  4. New Product Shipment:Once we receive the damaged or defective product and verify the issue, we will process the exchange and ship a replacement product to you promptly.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product for exchange is not available, we will work with you to find an acceptable alternative or provide a store credit.
